Privacy Policy

SO.ON Summer Planner is built to help families plan summer with as little personal information as possible.

What we collect

Your summer plan (child ages, available weeks, budget, times, interests, optional ZIP and notes) is stored only in your own browser. We never ask for child names, exact addresses, custody or health information.

If you choose to add weeks to Google Calendar, we store your Google account email and an encrypted connection key so we can add events on your behalf.

How we use Google data

SO.ON requests access to Google Calendar solely to create events for the summer program weeks you select, and to check whether a week was already added so we don't create duplicates.

We do not read, edit or delete any other events. We do not use Google data for advertising, sell it, or share it with third parties.

SO.ON's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Program providers never pay to rank higher, and we do not share your plan with them.

Your choices

Clear your plan any time by clearing your browser data. Revoke calendar access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your stored connection, email us and we will remove it.
