Early Discovery introduces young learners to chess through storytelling, movement, imagination, language, and engagement using our signature SMILE Method™ — a playful, confidence-building approach designed specifically for ages 3–5.
Rather than rigid instruction, children learn through hands-on discovery experiences that strengthen focus, memory, communication, problem-solving, and early strategic thinking in a way that feels exciting, creative, and age-appropriate.
This is not just chess instruction.
It is an early foundation for curiosity, confidence, and learning.

About the Experience
Program Details
Ages 3–5 with Caregiver Participation
Program Begins: September 9
Schedule: Wednesdays & Fridays
Duration: 4 Weeks
Early Discovery™ is designed as a connected two-part weekly experience where concepts, stories, movement activities, and chess discovery build progressively over time.
Because each class builds upon prior learning, consistent attendance is strongly encouraged to help children develop familiarity, confidence, and routine within the experience.
Children and caregivers should dress comfortably for movement-based activities, floor chess experiences, interactive games, and hands-on discovery learning.
This is not a sit-still classroom environment.
It is an active, imaginative, and engaging early learning experience designed to help young children explore, connect, and grow through the SMILE Method™.
